In 2017, Marissa Rincon and Penny Mulder, a mother-daughter duo, decided to open a boutique in Railside that catered to women of all ages. Our storefront also has a section where we fulfill custom orders of all kinds: tees, crewnecks, hoodies, hats, mugs, and embroidery! You'll usually find Penny in the back of our store taking care of custom orders or she'll be tending to plants for West Anna Rootz (our newest addition to West Anna Boutique)! You'll find Marissa at the front of our boutique helping customers & getting to know people who become part of our West Anna family.
